Digital Downloads

Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are generally not available after the PDF has been accessed or downloaded.

If you experience a genuine technical issue accessing your purchase, contact hello@europetravelguides.ch so the issue can be investigated and resolved.

Gumroad Orders

Purchases, receipts and file delivery are processed through Gumroad. Any refund request may also be subject to Gumroad’s applicable processes.
